Exceeding Your Expectations Every Step of the Way

Design

Our in-house design team will create and present your concept in Solidworks 3D CAD and AutoCAD Electrical for discussion and approval so that you’ll know exactly what you’re getting. AutoCAD 2D is used for equipment layout design.

Your equipment will be delivered with detailed bills of materials (BOM) with recommended spare parts directly referencing the drawings to ensure the integrity of the equipment for years to come.

Throughout the entire process our engineers will maintain a close working relationship with our in-house skilled tradespeople and programmers to ensure superior standards of design, quality, costs, and timing.

Project Management

From start to finish, you’ll be impressed at the attention to detail of our project management. Detailed, easy to understand quotations delivered include detailed scope, major components list, milestone timing, runoff details, key equipment requirements to be met, shipping details, straightforward warranty information, straightforward terms breakdown, major cost breakdown. The project manager works with the engineers and the customer to ensure these commitments are met.

And when it’s all said and done, the applications engineer will ensure your satisfaction with the end product, close out all loose ends, and ensure prompt and superior after installation support.

Project Documentation

We pride ourselves on providing the best documentation package in the industry. And because it’s all compiled by the people that build the equipment, you can be assured that it will all make perfect sense to whomever needs to access it down the road.

Our documentation package includes: operation guide (Microsoft Word document), mechanical drawings (Solidworks), control schematics (AutoCAD Electrical – dwg format), parts list BOM (Microsoft Excel document), recommended spare parts list (Microsoft Excel document), maintenance information and troubleshooting (Microsoft Word document), OEM documents, all device configurations, calibrations, and controller programs.

Hard copies and full electronic copies of all information are supplied with the equipment installation.
