With a high volume, multi-step assembly and/or testing application, Servo and/or Cam driven Dial Table Cells offer short cycle times, positive fixturing, and minimal plant floor space. Quick-change or common nest designs allow you to run various similar parts with an absolute minimum of down time.
For linearly indexing parts through aseries of assembly,processing,or testing operations Walking Beam and Servo Indexing Conveyors are ideal when less demandingfixturing isrequired. Their high first-in, first-outthroughput capabilities make them a cost-effective and efficient solution.

 Conveyor Systems
Bos Innovations custom builds, as well as integrates a variety of conveyor systems as central automation platforms or as accessory equipment for the automation.
Bos Innovations has standard designs for flat belt, link systems, chain conveyors, servo driven timing conveyors, and more. For specialized conveyor systems, Bos has experience integrating pallet conveyor systems, dunnage handling conveyors (driven and non-driven roller typically), low back pressure accumulation conveyors, and has resources available for most conveyor solutions that may be required.
 Turnkey Machine Retrofitting
Not every Bos solution starts from scratch. Our team can lend our expertise to provide you with engineered machine retrofitting solutions that can improve the efficiency and functionality of existing equipment or replace your worn equipment – allowing you to have “like new” equipment without the new machine cost.
