Bos Innovations Inc. design electrical and pneumatic control systems using standard DWG format drawings. AutoCAD Electrical design software allows our controls department to automate our design process while maintaining industry acceptable file formats - DWG/DXF. This has enabled us to increase the quality and features of our design package, while lowering our production costs.

When a process has outgrown the machine, if value can be found in streamlining the process, or if a system is simply old and worn, retrofitting may be the solution. We have excellent experience in upgrading machines and fixtures. In the past, we have accomplished this on our shop floor between production of parts, or on site during shutdown periods and between production periods.

We have extensive experience dealing with customs at both the USA/Canada border and the USA/Mexico border.
We can also integrate multiple language interfaces into the equipment and operator instructions.
Compliance with Applicable Standards
All of our equipment is designed for safety compliance. Our equipment always receives PSHSR engineering approval when built for Ontario companies. The systems are always designed to the highest safety standards however, even when delivered out of province. Risk assessments can be performed where necessary.
All control panels and machine wiring receive electrical certification citing compliance to the Canadian Electrical Code and can receive CSA certification on request.
