Automation Controls
 Programming Support
When you encounter unique programming challenges, look no further than the in-house programmers at Bos Innovations. With years of industry experience and training under our belts, we can help with just about anything that comes our way.
Our programmers can diagnose process problems and provide a report with root cause analysis and recommendations, followed by implementation of the full solution. We can also provide ongoing programming support for your production lines.
Our Programmers have extensive experience and expertise with:
- Allen Bradley PLC series - ControLogix, SLC, PLC5, and MicroLogix.
- Siemens PLC series – S7, Microwin, and S5.
- Omron CX-One Platform.

Control Wiring
On staff electricians and controls designers and programmers provide complete controls solutions.
Troubleshooting and repair of existing machinery can be done quickly and cost effectively, getting you up and running with a minimum of down time.
Our electricians and controls designers and programmers have extensive experience and expertise with:
- Motor/drive systems including servo, AC, DC, etc.
- Machine safety wiring and components
- Machine sensor and instrumentation wiring
- Fieldbus and various machine communications systems
- PLC and HMI wiring

Tool & Die
Our highly skilled and experienced toolmakers can provide custom tooling solutions, short run production, tooling repair or replacement, and automation support.
Our in-house mechanical design team can help with even the most complex mechanical scenarios, working directly with our skilled trades in the CNC equipped tool room to provide state of the art custom designed automation tooling.

Automation Support
Bos Innovations provides a variety of automation support services to our clients. We’re experts at troubleshoot process problems involving complex tooling. We can provide replacement and upgraded tooling for existing equipment, either designed by us or specified by you.

Millwrights
Our fully equipped fabrication shop with highly skilled and experienced millwrights can provide custom fabrication and welding solutions, and automation support.
Our in-house mechanical design team work directly with our skilled trades in the fabrication shop to provide custom designed fabrications to solve both simple and complex mechanical scenarios.
Working with our controls design team, our millwrights are experienced with pneumatic systems from various manufacturers. We can provide custom fabrications as well as custom designed and built conveyors.
